Either you are destroying money and should be arrested ...
It is not illegal to destroy or even write on US currency, unless you attempt to defraud. If you have over half of the bill intact, you can obtain a replacement at a bank.
If you light your cigar with a $100 bill, but only burn the end, it costs you nothing but some inconvenience.
If you print out US currency as a prop, make it at least 25% larger or smaller than actual size, and only print one side on any sheet -- you should then be within the legal guidelines.
NOOOOOOOO!!!!!! YOU COULD BE BUYING LENSES WITH THAT MONEY!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!
oops, caught up in the moment. that is to say, good image. this is a resolution of mine, in a way (more specifically on eating out, but same idea). very clever rendition.
Okay, I understand wanting to get a ribbon but oh my god...obviously it's great technically, the shock factor draws horrified viewers in so that's something. I'll give you a 10, but next time you need to get rid of a wad of 20's keep my name in mind, 'kay?
