There is just enough detail on the right to show what kind of slope there is. That all other detail is blown away (or replaced with a very mild gray) works great. It creates space and the tiny figure gives a good scale to that space. I like the toning. 8
Love the balance of the skier in the large white area and the trees and grass. This is an elegant photo that would make a lovely image to frame and hang.
Very nice negative space image. Love the softness the grass and tres bring in. All that white canmake for a difficult exposure but you did a great job. One of may favorites thus far.Good luck and HNY.
Beautiful composition and superbly executed!! Only nitpick is the small white band beneath your border, visible in the upper right and I wish the skier was in slightly sharper focus. The softness works well for the foliage.
Beautiful. I have always loved high key images like this, and I find your subject choice particularly fitting. this guy kinda looks like he knows how to ski already, but i won't hold that against you.
