Beautiful colors! I think it was jmsetzler who said that all shots should be b/w unless the color adds to the shot. This is a great example of that.

Nice portrait of a flower. Crisp! The composition works well, the background gives good context, the colors are believable. I know there are those here who are tired of flowers, but I hope I never tire of something so delicate yet complex.
I normally don't appreciate flower pictures like some do, but this one is amazing. It seriously looks 3-dimensional, and the colors are just gorgeous. Great job at taking a subject that a lot of other people use, and making it outSTANDING!
