It "feels" to me like this was just an excuse to get a flower shot in, LOL. It's a hell of a nice flower shot and and I am scoring it well, butr I'd score it higher if it were somehow more tight to the challenge topic.
Lovely. I like the crop the way it is, but I wonder how it would look if you had included more of the peripheral flowers. Image has a dreamy softness to it which is quite pleasing. Well done. 7
Well this is a gorgeous image, great DOF and lighting. The challenge link is a little tenuous - I'd say the beauty in these flowers is immediately apparent, and it does seem like the title and the image are just thrown together in the hopes of meeting the challenge. It is however, a new year, and in the spirit of the holiday season I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and a 7 for the obvious technical skill displayed here.
