Camera on tripod with bounce flash and timer. I moved so I could see the reflection of the camera in the glass door, turned on a hand held bulb, made a face until the camera fired. Pretty much out of camera. Slight crop, and cooling filter, then resized, USM & SFW.

Your picture's not very interesting from the technical pint of view, the lighting is too boring and the composition isn't very appealing. You might have put the microwave oven somewhere else.
BUT the photograph is incredibly funny. Your person is not very well hidden in the picture, but in real life, this would be the best possible hiding place. You gave me a good laugh, which saves your score: 8.
Really good, clever idea. Maybe could have been set up differently to be more interesting. Looks like maybe you were limited in how you could arrange your picture. This is a difficult challenge. Good luck.
