i was not sure what i should send in this challenge because i didn´t know what mechanical means. (i´m not good in english), so i just wrote this word on google (mechanical) in images and than i saw few pictures of watches. so i decided to take a picture of watch. i am not sure if it is right. the backround is the screen on my laptop. hope you like it.

The contrast draws me in....
I like the way the band on the left gets "absorbed" into the blue, but I wish the right side would do the same. Perhaps a different light angle?
