Shot with on camera flash while tire was rotating. Used a long shutter speed (1.6sec)to get the blurred effect. Slightly cropped. Adjusted contrast and saturation in photoshop raw converter. Applied unsharp mask slightly.

I like the movement...especially evident by the reflector....yet the spokes are still not blurred. Lighting on bottom of the frame could be stonger. Good job.
