This was my homemade dinner tonight – a Mexican-inspired tortilla with spicy ground beef, arugula, and a little cheese. The evening sun shone through the window, so I really enjoyed the lovely atmosphere. Of course, I also took advantage of the beautiful light to take some photos beforehand!
