Technical: 4 - Lacks contrast, IMO. Something just flat about it.

Overall Calculated Average Score: 5 (bump to 6)

The sky looks good, dramatic, but overall flat and a bit chaotic in the foreground. With some "extended editing" this could be turned into a 7 or 8. Hope this is helpful.
