I was hired to take photos of Robby for a baking magazine based in Sydney. His company Knead bread and coffee, not only have the most amazing sourdough bread but the best coffee I've ever tasted. His shop opened during covid, but managed to thrive and double in size after just a few short years because they couldn't keep up with the demand.
