I normally don’t like long cropped pictures but yours work well. Background texture is very nice and the subject is eye appealing at the same time [to me] funny in this challenge. Great eye at capturing this and making it meet the challenge. Great color, lighting, focus, and texture. Great Job 9!

Easily my favorite for the challenge. I might have tried different croppings and angles, but perhaps you already did. Excellent color composition.

Beautiful and interesting. The background goes well with the subject matter. It reminds me of an owl. Nice job.

Isn't natures camoflague wonderful? What critter would take a chnace with this? Nice exposure in good flat lighting. Composition is very effective.

What an outstanding example of mimicry. You are lucky to have this beautiful moth available to take a picture of and you have done a great job choosing it for this challenge.

Nice. I considered using a butterfly for my entry. I couldn't get to one in time though!
