she was framed, but ironically this unfairness was the best thing that ever happened to her. You could say she was elevated instead of merely elevatored.
A very familiar perspective for me and still one of my favorite places in Austin. Nice timing getting the bystander framed perfectly in the utility access door on the balcony. :-)
