Oil spill on wet asphalt. I went looking for this specifically. My wife and I were out shopping on a rainy day, and I found what I was looking for when we stopped to get gas. People probably thought I was some environmentally crazy person taking photos, or just plain crazy. :-)

If I had a nickel for every time I've passed up a worthy shot for fear of how crazy I must look to the people... LOL

I'm glad you didn't pass this one up. It's a striking and very pleasing abstract. Environmental concerns notwithstanding, of course. :-)

Congratulations, I think this is a spot where oil has dripped and rain made the puddle so beautiful in color. terrific imagery and so perfectly noticed for this challenge. As always your images show the photographic depth in your eye.
