A small pond at the glaicer planes of south Iceland. Not that long ago (100 years) this was covered by glacier ice. It has since receeded 8-10km inland leaving behind a plane full of lakes and streams. Slowly the vegetation and animals have moved in to replace the barren landscape left behind by the glacier.
