Congrats on another impressive capture! I revisited this one several times in the challenge. The wind-swept feathers add a certain ruggedness to the bird's profile that makes that makes the severity of its gaze feel well-earned.
What keeps me from bumping this score higher is the light halo around the bird. I may be wrong but seems artifically added and I don't think it's needed. That being said, I have an eagle in this f/s as well, yours is much better than mine.
