The garnishes and placemat frame this nicely - and add a very appealing freshness. I'm with others in admiring food photography when it's genuinely visually appealing.
The interplay of complementary colors and textures is exceptionally well composed in this shot. I find food incredibly difficult to light and shoot this well.
