Oh, that's tough choice!
As a thumbnail I thought I'd prefer the warm, more natural version.
But now as a full size picture I like the more blueish spikes more
I rather prefer this version because of the increased focus on the subject and the contrasting tips, though I can't remember the name for that hair-style/dye-job ...
