We were enjoying our first craft espresso of the day at Pike Place market when I noticed the team of fishmongers who famously toss fish back and forth all day pausing in their early morning preparations for this shared calisthenics routine. It was beautiful to watch. So I snapped this as a way of documenting the unseen daily rituals that reinforce the camaraderie of these market laborers.
