I was invited for a few trips this summer, traveling Iceland by horses... OMG :) Absolutely loved it.
This picture was taken during one of those trips, I was trying on a mirror less camera and did not fall far it at all... that time. But it was light to travel with and worked ok... but I gave up and asked my brother to bring me a REAL camera so the rest of the trip I shot with my Canon EOS Mark IV - heavier but I trusted that one better... still do although I am going over to mirrorless.
The riders came in front and back of the horses - we planned the run over the river so I could have a few chances to shoot horses without riders..
I have around 50 shots from that day that was hard to choose from but I am glad I chose this one... to me it has everything I look for in a good photo... something interesting going on, the 3 horses and then 2 in the back, they really made the picture come together... tha fog following us in the background.. reflection in the water... Like all my pictures do for me, they take me back in time and this is a good time to go back to.
How great would it be to have around 100 horses as models all the time, running wild in the nature, just for photographers to make nice pictures... :)

Congratulations, stunning photography from corner to corner. Such a beautiful scene, starting with beautiful Icelandic Horses, the water and reflection to the fog and mountains. Over the top Photography and one of my 10's.
