An orchid, laying on it's back for it's pedals to support a few drops of glycerin mixed water. 13 frames were shot via focus-bracketing on an old Canon EF 100/2.8 Macro USM and a Canon EOS R3 camera. Photos were blended in Helicon Focus and finally the neck of the flower was removed with Photoshop. A bright blue paper sheet was used as a background, and two Godox AD100 Pro's were used, one with an octabox and the other as a spotlight.
