I think those buildings are about to fall down... I know that Italy has the leaning tower of Pisa, but I didn't know Chicago was in such dire straights!
I like this. Good POV and all. One minor nit I have is it's too blue, and then there's the wide angle perspective lean on the buildings to the right. Perhaps the lighthouse IS blue, but if it's white that would have been a good white balance point. The buildings? Well, that's a surprise overlook I think.
