Something feels off with the B&W conversion. Like the sky should pop more but it doesn't. Leafless limbs aren't adding much to the mid-ground area. Sorry ... kinda feels dreary.

Deep in the dark soggy swamp bestial non-human sucking sounds could be heard that grew in volume and intensity as the night fell like a dank blanket. 10

the sky is dramatic and your title made for a treasure hunt - I am just not a fan of the very strong contrast in the foreground
