I love the play of diagonal and horizontal lines setting off the seated figure from the one on the stairs. In another version, consider a slight darkening of the bright sculpture column to help it stand out from the bright walking surface. Nine from me, even so.

Intentional perhaps, but the overexposure makes it difficult to see all of this clearly, especially near the center.
