I suspect this may get hammered due to the lack of hard shadows. What can I say, it was a foggy morning. There are plenty of soft shadows. The building is basically monochrome white concrete -- the shadows reveal the textures and details. I know, I am probably screwed. But, I like the image, and you go with what you've got.

I looked really hard Mark, I did. I just didn't see anything like some of your previous street shots which had spectacular light and shadows. For another challenge it would have scored higher.
Love this one. The gentle elision of textural architectural features into creamy bright sky is sublime. I love the title, too. It suggests both a literal and figurative interpretation.
