Very nice. The bird really takes an average scene and elevates to something special. Perhaps try a paneled view removing the top and bottom 10-20% and see how you like that.

That lone gull adds a lot to the scene. Nit: I do see a few sharpening artifacts on the gull and the top of the shoreline.
