Great to see the affection and connection between the dog and the person. Perhaps a different angle or pose which had more of the person and dogs eyes would have had more impact.
Unfortunately a different angle would have been difficult. I suffer from chronic leg pain, so I sat in a comfortable spot and took my photos from there.
