A lats minute entry. Grit light from the left. The blue background was the correct color. The color in the shell was caused by wrong white balance but I liked it.

1) layer image on itself with different white balance with cut-out shell
2) sensor dust removal
3) slight crop
4) resize and sharpen for dpc

I agree with Barry. A different title would have possibly drawn more attention to the theme of the challenge. It’s a technically very good image. Just seems to lack interest. Maybe more thought to the background would help in my opinion.
