 this is part of a gate into the National Park where i walk nearly every day .. the gate prevents vehicles entering the park ..
it is always locked with a padlock (which is out of the pic) .. and only the National Park people have the key ...

there are huge penalties if you go in there with a bike .. horse .. dog .. and more ..

i'm wondering if its obvious what this is .. ?? ..
