With over 12,000,000 illegal immigrant crossings over the border in the last 3 years it can only be assumed (as has been shown to be true) that there is going to be a proportionate increase in criminal activity of all kinds in the USA. Law enforcement cannot handle this influx. Therefore the government is telling its citizens in so few words it’s up to the individual to learn to protect yourself and your family.
