This is a very cool image. That clock is almost floating in space - excellent and totally under voted (is that a word?)

Though a modest scene, the mood is complicated. Feels a mix of serene and ominous, and the clock is a strong presence. The grainy shadows have a life of their own. The eccentric composition works well. Nice.
Personal second-favorite of the challenge.
