A wonderful photo, good subject, lighting, composition, however if a slower shutter speed was used you would get a better effect of seeing clouds move. This doesnt quite seem to depict wind.

nice photo just not real sure how this represents wind. I know its all in the eye of the beholder but to me it doesn't represent the wind. Love the rays of light shining through the clouds though

Very nice picture but I wish you could of slowed the SS to show movement within the clouds to give the feeling of wind.
