Interesting experience with this photo. It had been raining and overcast. Near the time of sunset I happened to look outside and it was still raining but the sun had broken through in a small break in the clouds (love when it's raining with sunshine at the same time!). Had a feeling there was a rainbow out there so I grabbed the drone, put on the waterproof battery plug, and sent it. Sure enough, big rainbow. However, even with the wide angle view of the lens on the drone, I couldn't get all of the rainbow in the frame; it was too tall! Tried a panoramic take and still not enough coverage. So ... grabbed a 360 'sphere' pano and THAT did the trick. :-)
After seeing the end result I knew I had to enter it in one of the FS's. Wasn't sure of the presentation though. Crop it or not? Decided on putting the whole thing in. Hopefully it's clear enough to show what it is.

This is really cool. At first I thought it was a fancy eclipse shot, but I think it's a 360 from a drone looking at a forest, with a beautiful skey. Top pic for me.
