Beauty is ugliness. As with most challenges nowadays, I looked a the challenge and then searched my recent photos. This is my father-in-law's status about a year and a half after his wife's death from dementia.

The title has a few levels of ambiguity. His heart, the shape of the mess, the hurt he has, the hurt his family has, and perhaps more.
