I'd like to see more evidence of the wind to make the image match the subject. The flag does this I know but it is a very small part of the picture. Very atmospheric.
the motion blur of the clouds really demonstrates the topic and the night sky is lovely, but the lit tree and flag at the bottom are a little distracting. I would liked to have seen all of the trees in siloutte.
