 Was lucky to catch this on a real gloomy day. The background was greyed out evenly by clouds so that helped me paint it white by adjusting the brightness...

Umm... regarding the post processing, oh man where do I begin...

I KNOW YOU MADE A GOOD ATTEMPT, BUT TO ME THERE DOES NOT SEEM TO BE ENOUGH ELEMENTS IN THE PICTURE TO CATCH MY ATTENTION.

interesting idea to make the background purely white...seperates you from the other 23 flag shots in this challenge

I am giving this entry a 5 while my average vote is a 6. My reason has nothing to do with the subject matter. I think the focus needs improvement and the stark white background is unnatural and distracting. I do like the composition/placement of the flag in the frame. Good luck.
