THE light catches the streamers in a very colorful way. COULD HAVE USED SOME CROPPING TO TAKE OUT THE VEHICLE IN THE LOWER RIGHT CORNER.

This is nice. But the lights in the bottom left of the image are slightly distracting. An interesting idea though.

Lens flares are a little harsh and overexposed. A narrower aperture would've helped. Focus seems a little soft. 3 orange dots on the bottom right could've been cropped out.
