One of the most colorful denizens of Pacific Beach promenade. I've seen him many times cruising on his bike there, always wearing a big hat decorated with fresh (!) flowers. This time, he was relaxing on the grass, so I came over and struck up a conversation. Nice guy. His name is Darryl.
