 Without an assistant, I would have had to set my camera up on a tripod, figured out some sort of arrangement to hold the fork and pasta, had to go back and forth adjusting height, angle, etc. It would have taken an hour or more.

So I got my sweetie to hold the fork, and it took 7 minutes.
