So this is my 15yo cat Scooter. I am so happy this did so well. Surprisingly easy once he was all wrapped up in a towel. He was not a huge fan of getting his face wet. LOL Such a good sport for sure.
Thank you for all the kind words. I am so excited about a new PB and most of all this shoot inspired me to print this and hang it in the bathroom although I am thinking about adding a bunch of bubbles in photoshop — might do something fun with the dog too to hang next to it in the bathroom.

this is almost unbelievable .. getting a cat all rugged up in a towel and wetting his face ... no cat i've ever known would allow such liberties ...
its an absolutely magic shot ..
many congratulations on the blue and the pb .. just wonderful .. :)
ps .. wonderful idea to hang in the bathroom .. i'm thinking your guests might disappear and you might wonder where they have gone .. obviously into your bathroom to admire your art .. great idea to add a print of your dog .. :)
Such an awesome shot!! Wonderful tones. Everything came together perfectly! So glad you're printing it out and hanging it! Huge congrats on the PB (and look at that -- only one vote at 5 and nothing below that!)
Congrats Erin on the Blue and the PB! What a wonderful shot!
I love the somewhat grumpy look but during voting I didn't grasp that the face was wet...
Now that I can see it in full resolution I'm even more amazed at the fine quality and the crispness.
I would hang it in my bathroom too!
YES .. !! .. you totally do ..
what an amazing cat .. to pose like this .. its almost unbelievable ..
and i'm loving the colour tones .. the blue suits the ribbon you will most definitely get at rollover ..
