Took this photo on a Thursday night. Come Saturday morning the adult on the right and two of the little ones have perished. :-/ That's the way it goes in the country. We think it was the coyote that lingers sometimes, although we do have a couple of foxes that may have been able to take down the adult. I put my money on the coyote. One of the foxes lost a fight with our barn cat the other night. :-)
