Trying to get back into shooting and submitting. Yeah, it's my grandson, Jimmy. "Jimothy" is what I call him for fun because he used to be annoyed by it and corrected me all the time, but then suddenly he likes it and wants me to call him that.

Wow. What an amazing capture. Has that grandparent's keen eye for inner beauty that is so hard for even the professional non-family-member photographer to draw out. Love the grainy processing, too. The decision to apply a blur filter (it appears?) to soften the border/frame is an interesting choice that is surprisingly effective for me.
