Street photography is often about that fleeting moment, and this is it. Two vivid characters animate the scene, the actually otherwise nondescript scene. Going black and white tosses out distracting color. Lifts one right out of the day. Now, if only that man heading towards the door were astride a zebra...
This is such a fascinating street shot. If it were a street challenge, I'd give it really high marks - so many vignettes within it. In this challenge, the sign is incidental.
