I had my grandson Leo for the day/night .. we visited relatives down the road .. was having a chat .. turned around and saw these two .. grabbed my camera .. got a couple of shots and then the moment was gone .. would love to have composed it better .. :(

Yes, the dearest moments, do they shimmer forever or add to the subtle patchwork? Wonderful portrait of them both. The emotion, the tones, lighting, composition, everything. All superbly handled. The touch of grain is light and deft, almost inevitable. An heirloom.
