I’ve always wanted to include this picture in a photo so I thought I’d try to replicate it. I think it’s one of the first prints that I purchased when we got married.

I didn't get a chance to go back and comment during voting. This was one of my favorites in the challenge (for all the reasons already mentioned and because it just spoke to me...). It was a 9 from me and I should have raised it to a 10. It is just amazing.
Quiet and graceful, bespeaking aristocratic restraint, until the background picture collapses the facade and winks. Now playfulness comes to the fore, and its import is so much more interesting. Lovely control of the light, and a nice amount of grain.
My favorite of the challenge. Lovely image and I love the picture of the image on the wall. very.. very well done a perfectly orchestrated image. My choice for blue.
