It's a travesty this didn't score higher!

One man's everyday is another's nostalgia I guess, who are we to say the sun breaking through the treeline isn't a nostalgic moment for a past time in our lives?

I quite like the composition and you've done well to expose this correctly. Perhaps the subject itself needed to be stronger in this particular contest.
