Might get creamed for the main subject being the woman on the bicycle and not the location. I'll be surprised if this pulls anything better than a mid 5.
I had one from this set with better composition, showing the silo on the other side of the street more prominently, but it only looked good while chimping, with too much motion blur on everything.
