i was on holiday in cork, ireland, and the band westlife (who apparently are still performing) were playing in a stadium just around from this location. a bunch of people set down for a late evening picnic in an adjacent park to listen. it was a lovely evening, and quite enjoyable to people watch. my wife knew all of the songs, and was dancing along to them all. i was trying to capture some life from the passing footfall.
