 a homeless person on the streets of Los Angeles. It was a candid shot, but a minute later I came closer, asked for a permission and took a more "proper" portrait of him. He had a striking face.

This was a candid. But after I took this shot I waited until he noticed me, asked for a permission (which was granted) and took a more "proper" portrait of him. He had a striking face.
