Less is more. By backing off and including more than just the caboose in the shot, you've given it context and icaptured the feeling of a neighborhood. And it sure is yellow.

Nice, would have been better in my opinion if the carriage was in sharper focus than the houses in the background

The fence doesn't help this shot at all and neither do all the colorful houses behind it.

I know you probobly couldn't get much closer to it, but this would be given a much higher score if you would have been able to fill the frame with just the car.(4)
