Looks like velvet, I’m not a huge fan of Square crops. I’m not sure Adams used them that much, I could be wrong. But a beautiful feel to this.

beautiful rolling shapes leading you in and around the photo, the tallest dune looks to be on a third, think maybe cropping out the foreground dune would make this stronger
